Throughout her career, Judy has supported and coached industry and non-profit leaders driving organizational change, including non-profit board capacity building, global employee transition and staffing initiatives, full employee lifecycle revamps, and all aspects of employee performance optimization, recruitment and selection.
Over the course of her career, Judy has assembled world-class leadership teams that have transformed both well-known and start-up organizations. Judy’s prior roles include positions as Vice President of Consulting Services for the Wentworth Company, Director Talent Management North America, DFS Group Limited, Vice President of Human Resources for the Decurion Corporation and human resources consultant for The Walt Disney Company, Disney Consumer Products and Disney Interactive. At Decurion, she had the privilege of supporting a highly innovative senior leadership team on a multi-year organizational transformation that changed the corporate culture from command and control to a merit-driven learning organization. There, she also provided HR leadership and support to The Wonder of Reading, a literacy-focused non-profit.
Judy has served as an Account Director for the Taproot Foundation, leading teams of consultants to make a difference in non-profit organizations. Her work for Taproot has focused on board of director capacity building, involving board of director gap analysis, organizational design, performance infrastructures and recruitment and selection approaches.
Judy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the State University of New York, New Paltz, and has been certified as an SPHR since 2009. She was certified by DDI in behavioral interviewing earlier in her career and has since developed selection programs that transcended behavioral interviewing to a more holistic approach, dramatically improving selection results while greatly enhancing an organization’s employment brand.
